Who this course is for

The course is designed for Year 11 and Year 12 English Advanced students who want clearer analysis, stronger essays and more confident exam responses. It suits motivated students from selective, public and independent schools who benefit from close feedback and a structured weekly rhythm.

Classes are capped at six students so the tutor can understand each student’s writing, give specific feedback and set the next improvement priority.

Course structure

How the weekly program works

Each term combines live teaching, regular retrieval practice, marked writing and a final exam. Students can also use Plume Portal to keep quizzes, resources, feedback and exam preparation in one place.

Year 11

$1,170 per 10-week term

  • Weekly group lessons: Weekly 2-hour group classes, prepared and delivered by one of our experienced English tutors. Includes all lesson recordings.
  • One-on-one lessons: 2 hours a term with your class tutor included — otherwise valued at $100 per hour.
  • Marking and feedback: Personalised feedback on quizzes, homework and written submissions, marked by your own class tutor.
  • Out-of-class support: Unlimited and accessible year-round, by phone, email and Discord.
  • Course material: Included, designed and constantly updated in-house by our academic staff. Includes a final exam each term.

Year 12

$1,470 per 10-week term

  • Weekly group lessons: Weekly 2.5-hour group classes, prepared and delivered by one of our experienced English tutors. Includes all lesson recordings.
  • One-on-one lessons: 4 hours a term with your class tutor included — otherwise valued at $100 per hour.
  • Marking and feedback: Personalised feedback on quizzes, homework and written submissions, marked by your own class tutor.
  • Out-of-class support: Unlimited and accessible year-round, by phone, email and Discord.
  • Course material: Included, designed and constantly updated in-house by our academic staff. Includes a final exam each term.
