Plume, Matrix and Intuition all teach Year 12 Maths Advanced in Epping. Plume's standard term fee is A$594 below Matrix's and A$500 below Intuition's, with a smaller maximum class. All three include exam practice.

Intuition's price is for the 2027 HSC course starting in Term 4, 2026. Its early-enrolment discount ended on 30 September. The A$1,750 Platinum package includes ten scheduled one-hour tutorials and unlimited extra tutorials.

Exam practice and marking
Plume uses weekly timed quizzes and a supervised exam each term. In Maths, students practise choosing a method and showing their working. Their class tutor marks their answers and explains the corrections, with unlimited submissions included. Our Maths Advanced worked questions and Extension 1 practice exam show the work involved.
Matrix also includes weekly quizzes, homework and a Topic Test under exam conditions. Its homework descriptions differ: the Epping page says Maths homework is marked, while its course comparison says senior homework is checked rather than marked.
Intuition includes weekly marked homework, detailed feedback, resubmissions and simulated term exams. Its tutorial allowance depends on the package. Intuition weekly courses
English, Economics and Extension 1
Plume's Year 12 English Advanced course costs A$1,170, including one private hour with the class tutor each term. That is A$324 below Matrix's A$1,494 fee, before Matrix's enrolment fee. Intuition does not teach English. See our sample essay feedback and discursive writing example.
Plume's Economics course costs A$1,080, A$320 below Intuition's standard fee. Students practise explaining cause and effect, using evidence and finishing within the time limit. Try our practice exam or read a worked essay correction.
For Extension 1, the course packages differ. Matrix and Intuition include Advanced content in their Extension 1 courses. Plume teaches Extension 1 and Advanced separately; taking both costs A$1,850 for two weekly classes. The Maths Advanced savings above do not apply to that combined package.

Trials and payment terms
Plume offers a two-week free trial. If you enrol, both trial weeks are included in your term fees.
Matrix offers a free on-campus trial lesson without upfront payment, subject to availability. Eligible paid enrolments have a separate money-back guarantee: notify Matrix within four days and return resources within six days. Read its trial options and guarantee conditions.
